Tamako Market, an over stuffed Mochi of adorableness that could potentially give someone diabetes. How? You’ll have to watch and see.
The main character, Tamako Kitashirakawa, gets caught up with an interesting, talking bird, who is looking for a bride for his prince from a far off island. Of course, Tamako lives within a shopping district where this bird, better known as Dera Mochimazzwi [His name causes quite an uproar within her home], ends up freeloading and shows the daily life Tamako, her family, and her friends.
When you first start watching this 12 episode show, you just can’t help but put you finger on something. Like you’ve seen this art style before. This shows that those that also drew for K-On also did for Tamako Market. So, if you’re looking for another slice of life and a show to numbly watch, I would suggest putting this one on the list!
